Hiring: Junior Social Media Manager
Enfluence Marketing Studio | Full-Time | Hybrid (Sebring, FL + Remote)
Enfluence Marketing Studio is a boutique, white-glove social media marketing agency helping founders, personal brands, creators, and established businesses grow their visibility, influence, and revenue online.
We are growing and looking for a collaborative, creative, organized, and social-media-obsessed Social Media Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves content creation, understands the social media landscape, and is excited to grow with a high-performing team.
This is a hybrid role based in Sebring, Florida. Candidate must be available Monday–Friday from 9 AM–5 PM EST, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
The Ideal Candidate
You:
Have at least 1 year of social media marketing experience
LOVE social media and digital marketing
Understand Instagram and Facebook well
Have strong Canva skills
Are highly organized and detail-oriented
Can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
Are creative, proactive, and coachable
Have a strong eye for content, design, and brand aesthetics
Communicate professionally and confidently
Want to grow long-term inside an agency environment
Bonus if you:
Understand Reels / short-form video strategy
Can edit basic video content in CapCut
Have used scheduling platforms (Metricool, Meta Suite, etc.)
Have agency experience
Responsibilities
Client Account Management
Manage 10+ client social media accounts monthly
Build and maintain monthly content calendars
Write captions tailored to each client’s brand voice
Schedule and publish content accurately and on time
Ensure content aligns with client goals and brand standards
Content Creation
Design polished graphics and social assets in Canva
Assist with short-form video / Reel creation
Plan visually cohesive Instagram content
Help identify trends and creative content opportunities
Maintain a strong eye for branding and aesthetics
Community + Client Support
Monitor engagement and assist with community management when assigned
Flag client opportunities, issues, or wins
Communicate proactively with internal leadership
Help ensure clients feel supported and cared for
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with leadership and fellow team members
Participate in training, team meetings, and process improvements
Stay current on social media trends and platform updates
Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables
Compensation

What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Fractional Growth & Revenue Consultant to help us strengthen the revenue side of the business while bringing strategic outside perspective.
This person will be stepping into a business that already has inbound lead flow and operational support in place.
Your job is to help us convert opportunities more effectively, strengthen our offer positioning, and think smarter about agency growth.
Responsibilities
Premium Sales + Revenue Growth
Lead or support premium discovery calls with warm inbound leads
Confidently close premium agency retainers
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Help improve our discovery call process and sales messaging
Follow up with warm leads as needed
Support premium proposal positioning
Offer + Pricing Strategy
Review our current service packages and identify opportunities for improvement
Help evaluate pricing confidence, profitability, and positioning
Identify underpriced offers or margin leaks
Recommend smarter packaging based on market demand
Client Health + Business Optimization
Help leadership assess client fit and overall business health
Identify retention risks or client red flags
Bring strategic recommendations around agency growth
Help us think critically about what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize
Ideal Candidate
You may be a fit if you:
Have experience selling premium marketing, consulting, or service-based offers
Have closed offers in the $5K–$20K+ range
Understand agency economics and profitability
Think strategically, not just transactionally
Are confident in premium conversations
Can spot weak offers, pricing gaps, or business inefficiencies
Have strong communication and business instincts
Know how to challenge assumptions and bring fresh perspective
